Spoke with "Kisha" informing her about a serious mosquito population in a certain area by an Elementary School and junior high May 20th. She informed me they don't start spraying until June 6the, regardless of the problem. I counseled her in the fact that zika in now in the states and that the kids were out playing, potentially leaving them at risk of contracting the virus; among many viruses. Kisha spoke with almost certainty and authority that zika, in fact, has not reached America. Comically, as I reacted to her unintelligible response, I informed her that a quick Google search would alleviate any misinformation she may have received. Cognitively fubar minded people such as Kisha should be banned/exiled from her position, as well as any other employee that disregards the safety of children in a time of a incurable virus being spread via mosquitoes.
