Found sales rude .  Bought a Honda instead for my wife. This is at there new location, even when they where in Scranton i walk out for lack of service. If you want a Nissan I suggest Wilkes Barre  I bought a Versa there the sales staff was fantastic. Had me in a new car within 2 hours

If you consider your time valuable then don't waste your time here. I regret purchasing our new Nissan rogue from this dealership. From day one they have taken their sweet old time. When we found the car we wanted and asked for help the sales lady took multiple smoke breaks. It was a 4 hour process when we knew what we wanted and had our fussy baby with us... Then cancelling the extended warranty took about 2 months because no one would answer their phone /call back. One day I stopped in after leaving a message and found the finance guy just chatting with a college and ignoring his blinking voicemail button on his phone.. and no this wasn't even close to closing time. 
Now we had to get an oil change.. It was about a 3 hour wait bc apparently their phone call wouldn't go through and we were in the building waiting. . piss poor service. I wish we could take the car back and go to a different dealership... never again will we go there.

I've had 4 bmw's all serviced at Hesser Chevrolet and BMW and loved the service but they only did what they had to... I'm on my 5th Nissan the last 2 from Hesser Nissan and was pleasantly surprised that their service was actually better.. They go above and beyond to make sure your problem is fixed and you are happy.. Especially Shaun my service coordinator.. He is the best!!!
