Very professional, friendly and personal customer service. Went in today to help one of my children purchase their first vehicle and couldn't have had a better experience. I've purchased from Tom Hodges in the past and will definitely return for future vehicle needs. One of the best things I can say about their establishment is that I never feel like I'm being 'pressured' into a sale like I've experienced at other dealers. Highly recommend their service! A big thank you to Craig, Pat, Lauren, and Tom for an outstanding experience today !

My husband and I just bought a 2013 Ford Explorer from Tom Hodges and we couldn't be happier. Johnny and Jeremiah were both really helpful and answered any questions we had. They really worked with us to get a really nice SUV for the monthly payments we could afford. Lauren was also fantastic when it came time to sign all the paperwork. Everyone was very nice and we had a few laughs as well. Thank you for helping My husband and I purchase a really nice car. We will definitely be coming back!

I just bought my first car here yesterday. With the help of a co-signer I got a great rate for my loan. I drove off in a 2010 dodge journey. However this morning the car overheated and leaked coolant everywhere! Was running fine the day before and I drove at least 60 miles with no issues. They had my car towed to the service center got it looked at, got the part ordered and here's to hoping that it will be all fixed and good to go for tomorrow. They were able to put me in a loner car while I wait. The service has been excellent and prompt. I'm a little disappointed that my car broke down within 12 hours of having it, but I'm hoping no further issues arise. They have taken care of me so far, and with this being my first car loan I'm so happy to have a decent payment. I hope everything is smooth sailing from here on out! I love my 2010 Dodge Journey. I have always wanted one, and it's roomy for me and my two young children. I just hope that no more issues arise with the car! Thanks Tom Hodges for being great so far!!

I bought a Town and Country van yesterday at Tom Hodges. Pricing was extremely reasonable and the buying experience was straight forward. I have been car shopping at many dealerships in Maryland and Virginia. I have always felt pressured by other dealerships into making a quick buying decision. Tom Hodges is different; no high pressure sales. Craig and Lauren were wonderful to deal with and really seemed to enjoy their jobs. Thank you for helping me find a car at a reasonable price for my growing family!

My experience with the sales staff was really great. Very professional and wonderful to deal with. Not your typical "pushy" sales staff that you would normally get at one of the Big Market type of dealerships. When it came to looking they went out of their way to make sure I was walking out with what I wanted. Prices were great too.
