Very convenient to Shaw FAB, family owned dry cleaner. Same day service for regular dry cleaning if you drop off early. They do some clothing repair and simple tailoring, too. Weekdays and Saturday morning hours!

They are the best cleaners in the Sumter, SC area. My clothes come out looking like they are new. They care about their customers.

Obviously brandiespangenberg was very pregnant and must have had her hormones raging and decided to take it out on Tom & Mary's.  I have been going there for almost 20 years and have NEVER been treated with the utmost respect and wonderful customer service! You will NOT find a better cleaners who care about you! Tom saved me from a difficult situation when I needed an AF uniform shirt.  He found one in his "unclaimed" items and let me come and get it after hours!  He charged me nothing! If that is not customer service, I don't know what is!  Sorry brandies but I find it very difficult Tom would yell or argue with a customer.

Not recommended at all! We dropped off my clothes on a tuesday and was told to pick them up on the following monday. We went to pick them up and they told us that their seemstress quit and none of my clothes had anything done at all and actually they lost one of my patches. I followed up and called them about it, all they could say is they didn't have it. I wish they would have called before and let us know we would have picked them up and went somewhere else.
