I want to personally say how disgusted I am with this company! My mother and I started having sewage problems more than a year ago. Actually it all started last May. At first we were not aware of how serious this issue was or how terrible it will all get. I can tell you we had to call Tom Schaefer out to our house to snake our toilet in the basement because at first we had sewage coming up in the toilet and shower and then it eventually went to the main drain. We would call Tom Schaefer they would come out fix the problem for about one to two months and it would happen again. The last time which was the worse back in November we had enough and Tom Schaefer told us we would need to put a camera down the pipe to check for tree roots or something more serious. Tom Schaefer came out and they put the camera down and found nothing, and assured us the problem was rectified. Two weeks later more sewage and now it was in the main drain. We decided then to call a family friend someone possibly we could trust since clearly there was still a problem.We had to pay the next plumber to come out and also to camera the pipe. Interestingly enough they found what is known as a Flap check Valve in the pipe. We have a video of what our plumber has found, and it proves that Tom Schafer plumbers lied about not finding anything in the pipe when they originally came out to camera it, and on numerous occasions we have tried to call to Tom Schafer and  he  has refused to call us back!! This is very disappointing, and if we are forced to we will have to resolve this issue in court.

Asked for quote. They came and evaluated the situation and said I would get a quote in the mail. No quote arrived and I called them. They informed me they would email me the quote. Still didn't do it. Not hiring for sure.

The guys were professional and very nice.  The area where they worked was left the way it was before they came and I'm very satisfied with the job they did.  The best part is I was expecting to pay way more for the work than I did and for that I'm extremely grateful and happy.  I will call Tom Schaefer Plumbing again for future plumbing needs and will highly recommend them to friends and family as well.  Thanks Walker TrueValue Hardware, you always refer a winner!!

Amazing. The plumber was punctual, nice, and most importantly, incredibly knowledgeable. I had a disastrous ordeal with LMI Construction who couldn't find the leak after THREE WEEKS of visits. Tom Schaefer plumbers found it in literally less than 10 minutes. Could not recommend them more. If they got hired first, my place may have been fixed by now.
