Sitting at gas station to pay cash. 20 minutes. Attendant not available then when she arrived told me to wait. Unprofessional, poor service.
A great place with welcoming attitude. A calm worker, who talks through his smile. Pay full attention to the customer to listen and act.
Today I took my daughter to choose a cake from Tom Thumbs. The lady who working behind the bakery counter left. She was gone for about 10 or 15 minutes. I wanted her to put my daughter’s name on the cake. The inventory guy asked if he could do it. I did not answer him because his hands was dirty. So he stared to go back doing his inventory. He came back and open the cake box and started to write my daughter’s without putting gloves on. It was Poorly written..and He changed the bottom tubing without washing his hands..I kind of knew the lady did not want to help me. I did not ask for the inventory guys help. I asked him for the lady who worked behind the counter to help me. I did not want to say anything to him in front of my happy daughter. So I took the cake. But next time if it’s a next time, I will voice my concerns. The bakery Lady Please treat every customer the same no matter what their color is!!!
Clean and well stocked. Deli is good. Son wanted chicken nuggs they didn't have chicken nuggs they had chicken strips. We got a 2 strip plate came with 2 sides he got banana pudding and I got the Greek and feta salad. Yum! Very kind employees. The general man at the gas station was amazing as well. Very helpful. Want to thank him for goin above and beyond.
TOM THUMB LOCATED AT STONEBRIDGE CROSSING SHOP THERE FOR GROCERIES ONCE IN A WHILE.
It can be a bit pricey and the selection is not that awesome but.... I know that someone nice is going to check me out and it won't be me having to do it.
Great employees! Very clean, and well-kept. Average prices-most of the time. If I'm being honest it's sometimes overpriced but you can get amazing deals. If you become a club member, you can get some good prices.
Excellent service, great meat selection and awesome points to go towards gasoline fill-up.
Went to the pharmacy, always great!
It's okay but check 7-11 across the street, sometimes there gas is a few cents cheaper
