Since 1939, TACU Credit Union (TACU) has been a non-profit organization formed, owned and operated by its members for the purpose of saving at higher rates and borrowing at lower rates. TACU is a state-chartered community credit union offering a full range of financial services to eligible members. The staff is exceedingly friendly and helpful, often calling me by name when I pull up. Means a lot to be a member here and I wouldn't bank elsewhere. Only wish they had more branches or partnered with other CU's in the region.

Would recommend them highly over Timberwood bank. Starting out my adult life they gave me a $500 credit card to start building my credit when Timberwood wouldn't. Having no previous loans or history they really earned my trust off the bat and I closed my Timberwood account shortly after. TACU is active in the community for fundraisers as well as drawings and cookouts for causes.

When i worked in tomah four years ago i began using this bank for checking, savings. And a kwik cash account which became very usefull as a sorce of money if i needed, well because of financial hard time in my life i missed a few payments, hard times are now over, moneys good again so they now decided to drop me from thier perfered customer list and closed my account, oh i still pay them what i owe but thats all theyll let me do...
Thanks for screwing my credit  , my advice, drive right by this place..

I wish i could review with no stars!!!! I am so relived to learn that a certain individual doesn't work there anymore as of recent. I will not call her out here but she was the rudest, most un-caring person i have ever had the displeasure of working with. She repeatedly failed to meet my needs and on more than one occasion  rolled her eyes at me.I was on the verge of switching banks but really hated to leave tacu.....now i dont have to! Thank you TACU for letting her go
