Called at 730 for a 9 pick up. 920. Called  and they assured me that he was "on his way" what a joke.. called again at 945 and was told to try a different cab service.. lmao.

Over an hour late. Man didn't buckle in wheelchair appropriate, very rude! Worst experience of my life! I expected better from a small town transit!!!
