Very clean and modern facility. The staff is very friendly. Great location next to Starbucks. So far so good. Glad I made the move from Sage Dental. Two thumbs up 👍🏻 👍🏻 (Extensive exam, Ex-rays, cleaning and two crowns...very pleased)

Seems these chain type dental places are just a money grab. $$  Made appt for a new patient regular 6 mo cleaning. At no time did the receiptionist state that they may not do a cleaning.  Took precious and limited time off work to sit for 80 mins to be told they won’t do a cleaning bc now I need some deep cleaning and that is 2 hrs and needs to be done on a different day.  This is why I didn’t go to Sage who takes two visits.  PISSED I wasted time off for nothing. PISSED that not once on the phone or for the hour plus in a chair did they mention NO cleaning would happen on first visit.  At the end, presented with future expensive charges for next appt. should I want their ‘treatment plan’ which of course is out of pocket money.  I would’ve never wasted my time or insurance money if they were upfront.

Sadly, the worst experience we have ever had. We have been going to dentists every 6 months for the last 20 years all over the United States. We have met lots of dentists. None that cared less then Dr. Emily. My husband and I were new patients and came in for our 6 months cleaning and check up. She suggested quite a few procedures to redo fillings. We trusted her and went in to get them done. Worst decision we ever made! We went from having no problems at all to needing a root canal. After she re-did the filling which had never bothered my husband, it started to hurt him so bad. He couldn't even eat. He went back to her office and she said it needed to be tested for a root canal. That was done in the same office and...of course...due to her incompetent work...He now needed a $1000 root canal. Most dishonest set up we have ever seen. We felt like she should cover those costs since this was all her fault. They refused to fix the problem. What a scam. BEWARE.

Tomalty Dental is the crème de la crème of dentistry. Customer service at the highest level and dentists with true talent and bedside manner to boot.Front desk staff and assistants all highly trained and courteous. Dr Emily is my personal favorite and played a huge part (along with dentists in Boynton tomalty)in fixing my smile. So many more people to name. Prices are on par with other dentists but let me tell you from someone whos had a tooth extraction in mexico and a porcelain crown on Park ave you dont wanna nickle and dime your dentist.
