I have taken my vehicles to Tomlinson's for many years. Greg is the third generation in his family to run the shop. I have always found him to be honest and fair. Sometimes he does get overwhelmed with the amount of projects he takes on, this I'll agree with, but his intentions are always honest. He does good work and backs it with his word. I won't take my vehicles to anyone else in town. He has added Jimmy to help him and he is getting work done a lot faster.

DISHONEST Car Repair Service! I brought my car here about 2 months ago - its still there. Last week, I had told him that I need it done in a week (the only thing left was bolt-ons which will only take a few hours) to be able to go home for the holiday. He told me it would be done that Friday. It is now Tuesday and everything that he hasn't bothered to put on the car yet is STILL sitting in the same place it has been for the past few weeks - when he told me not only last week that he would put it on the lift to work on it, but also yesterday. This is a one-man shop, and there's no way he can fix as many cars as he has - on time. I now cannot go home for the holiday because he has put other people's cars before mine - when my car was there long before any of theirs. I have already paid for the work that he is doing to my car - and now I regret it because that's all he cared about in the first place. Not to mention his LAZY secretary. We have been asking the same question for the past month and getting the same response - he was waiting for information from her, and she was waiting for information from him. What is a secretary's job? To do finances, and keep record of information. Am I wrong? He works on the cars - he can't do BOTH of their jobs. All that needed done was for her to look at a dang registration - which is 20 feet from her desk (need I remind you this has been going on for the past month). When we went up to the Cashier's window, she was sitting on the computer playing Solitaire in front of the heater. The woman needs fired! She's costing him more money than the time he's "saving" by having her there. Overall, I won't be coming back here for service... and I recommend that anyone who wants their car back within a month find someone else too.
