I was burned when I went for a lip waxing. They simply refunded my money and gave me a free waxing. I now have a scar and they could care less. The burn was my entire upper lip! I sent pictures and went through several managers until I got to the store manager who never even called me and stopped responding to emails. Don't go here!!!!!
