Story

Tomrose Construction has been in business for over 18 years and has developed an excellent working relationship with a large number of architects, subcontractors and suppliers throughout the Bay Area. We are an experienced organization dedicated to delivering professional services to our customers.

We are a family oriented company with a dedicated crew and office staff whose purpose is to serve our clients. The crew consists of a general superintendent to oversee all projects and a working foreman for each project and the necessary carpenters and laborers to staff each project.

Our Company offers either the ability of standard estimation of your project per your supplied plans and specifications or our in house design/draft/build program. This program allows for monitoring of approximated costs of your future project as it is being designed. Using this method helps insure that your construction budget needs are met, which can be quite cost effective.

We pride ourselves in our collaboration of client, architect and subcontractors which gives a personalized service to our clients.
