Nice campground. They only accept checks when you make reservations, which you must mail in, and when you check in its cash or check. 
Only one small swimming pool for a huge campground. The full time area needs updating, badly. Needs additional bigger pool.
Little pricey for what they offer. Their big draw is they are right on the water. They have a boat launch as well.

Love the camp ground. Great atmosphere. Permanent site's too expensive and since you have to pay all in one payment was not an option for us.

I have been coming to this campground for over 15 years. It's well kept, the people are very friendly, and it is a beautiful spot to camp right on the bay. This will continue to be my yearly spot as long as I am able to get there.

Not sure where all these people with the negative reviews are coming from. I have six kids and have been coming since the kids were just little. Now my oldest is 27. We all love Tom's Cove. One year we had our flat bottom boat float away in high tide. We looked for it for days. Coast Guard included. No luck. The next year we went and the guy at the desk asked me if I was the one that lost a boat last year? I said yes and it turns out they found it after we went home to Pa. And they kept it for us! Bathrooms have times they may be clogged but that is the pigs that use them. They are cleaned  regularly. Pool is old and square but it is awesome and full of kids having a great time. Crabbing from the docks at night with chicken. Great times!

Visited for the Oyster Fest !  Overall Very Clean, Men's Rm. facilities were exceptional & even had h/w !    Relaxing !
