Sold my road bike at their used bike sale but needed advice and direction on my options for a new whip. Nate and crew were great allowing me to upgrade beyond my expectations without a bump in budget. Patiently looked at several models for fit and options. When it arrived had excellent fit service. I consider buying a new bike slightly below adopting a child and above a second marriage. These guys understood and got me where I needed to be. Can't recommend them enough.

Just had an awesome experience purchasing a bike. Knowledgeable, friendly and patient in helping me get an appropriate size and type bike for my smaller stature. Don't get that type of service in big box stores. Thank you, Jack and Nate

Super helpful and friendly staff. I bent my derailer hanger and had a few friends coming to town for a ride. They fixed my bike in a matter of minutes while I waited. They scheduled service around my schedule, offered advice on upgrades, all at reasonable prices. It is so great to have a local bike shop that has the riders in mind. Thank you!

Recently bought SantaCruz Tallboy here. They put me on the right bike for my riding style in the price range I wanted. Honest, super knowledgeable and helpful staff with no sales pressure. My new favorite bike shop!

Everyone is super helpful and very knowledgeable. Tomten offers great deals and have the right products to fit any budget. Their service department is also outstanding with fair prices. I'm very excited with my bike gear as well as their bike fitting service which I highly recommend. Best full service bike shop in the Leominster area.
