This is by far the best sushi experience i have ever had! The server was very helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. We sat in the "back room" which felt like a comfortable take on traditional Japanese seating. 
We went on a saturday. Best to arrive at least 15 min early to ensure a seat as they fill up fast.

I am pretty disappointed with this restaurant. For the 2nd time I have tried to eat here and the wait time and service was ridiculous. My birthday was on Saturday so I called Friday to let them know I had a group coming around 6:30 Saturday. They told me that they did not take reservations (which is fine) but they also said that they would not seat incomplete parties. I arrived just before 6pm on Saturday expecting around a 45 to an hour wait, which would have been understandable. But when I came in to put my name down I was told that there were two groups ahead of me and that it would be a 2 hour wait.. but there was only a couple sitting by the window. Where these two groups were that were supposedly ahead of me, I have no idea. So the whole not seating incomplete parties and not taking reservations is garbage. The hostess actually called me just before 8pm to let me know that we were going to be pushed back an extra 20 minutes! Thank goodness we already went down the road to Tokyo Station, we had already eaten our fabulous food by the time I was called by Tona to let me know we would be waiting 20 more minutes passed the 2 hours. I’m definitely not going to waste my time a 3rd time.

Tona Sushi is a rare gem! The ingredients are always fresh, unique, and delicious. The ambiance is pretty typical of a sushi restaurant. Price averages a little higher than other places but it is worth every penny. Try them out and you'll be hooked like me and my friends!

One of the best places to have sushi. There is great variety and everything taste very fresh. Great presentation too.

I ate here before my expectations were blown out of the water we came back again and just like last time an amazing meal and professional staff. Be prepared to spend money because you want to try alot. Also I highly recommend the new pork belly it's amazing I will definitely come back.
