I keep posting the same review every so often and for some reason it always keeps getting taken down, but here goes again. Before we bought our own house our family of course rented. We rented a house from Tony Clark, and I can honestly say that it was the worst experience in my life. They do not pay for any type of maintenance issues like plumbing or the sort. Actually the house sustained significant roof damage during Hurricane Ike and was never fixed. The people at the office are extremely rude and could care less about you as a person or their property, just money. What ever the security deposit is they are keeping that regardless of the condition of the property. Which our rental was in better condition after we moved out than when we moved in. I had to fix the hot water heater, the plumbing problems, trim the trees back and so on. They just literally make up things that aren't true and problems that don't exist, for example I was charged $100 dollars for blinds that I bought in the first place, and left at the house. So, they were charging me for replacing blinds I bought and installed, not to mention other nickel and dime tactics to separate you from your money. Rent from anyone but these jerks. You have been warned and don't buy these silly prepared responses about being a family business and such, because the Manson Family was a family too.

It was nice to "check out" keys to available units so that I could visit on my own time through out the day. However, the first "available unit" that I chose to see... had the toilet and stove sitting in the living room. It definitely wasn't ready to be seen by a potential tenant... Or anyone but their construction team. I didn't continue looking after I felt like I had wasted my time going to a unit that was listed as "available" and was clearly not.

Live in Alamo Apartments and I really like my apartment and patio. If any thing is not working, appliances, etc., they are in top of getting the problem repaired. Thanks to all of the staff at Tony Clark's. I have lived here for 1 year and really like it!!!!

I have nothing but great things to say about Tony Clark Realtors' services. Tony Clark and Angela Clark worked with my fiance and I in finding our first home. Not only did the process go smoothly due to Angela's many years of experiences in real estate but she was also always informative and quick to respond. She insured we bought a home that was of great quality with the budget we had. She never came short of enthusiasm and honestly made the stressful procedure fun. I adored her as a person and agent! If one is looking to buy, sale a home Angela is highly recommended by my fiance and I, and many more I am sure.    -Stephanie S

Rented from Tony Clark up until last year.  Had a good experience with them until it was time to move out.  I lived in the house for just shy of 4 years, which Kentucky statute states that a landlord cannot charge for carpet related expenses if you rent the house for more than three, they charged me for carpet replacement.  Also charged me for items not listed on the agreed upon and signed move out inspection. All in all, they took me for almost $600 over my deposit.  Just another way for them to squeeze that last ounce of money out of you before you go on your merry way.  Would not recommend anyone to rent from this company.
