AVOID TONY AT ALL COSTS/ ONE STAR IS THE LOWEST REVIEW POSSIBLE:
I am a manager at a collision repair facility and have had a number of experiences with Tony and his Bumper Shop. Horrible Service. Unprofessional over the phone. Untrustworthy when it comes to his time frame on finishing a project. Gave Tony a bumper and he promised to have the job done within two (2) days. When the day came, I called to inquire about my bumper, he said that he would need an extra day, which was understood. The following day, no bumper and followed up by making a call to his office. He then said he would need an extra day, I am a patient and understanding person so I gave him a chance to HONOR HIS WORD. The following day, NO BUMPER, called him at the office and he said he needed an extra day. ORIGINALLY A 'TWO DAY' JOB ENDED UP RECEIVING BUMPER 8 DAYS LATER. 

THIS WAS AN ALLSTATE INSURANCE CLAIM AND EXPERIENCED CONSEQUENCES FOR EXCEEDING DEADLINE TIME FRAMES, ALL BECAUSE A VENDOR CAN NOT KEEP HIS OWN WORD. 

AVOID TONY AT ALL COSTS. AVOID TONY AT ALL COSTS.
