To clarify, I haven't yet done business with them, but that's why I'm writing.  I brought a pair black suede pumps to be cleaned and have some minor rips in the suede repaired. I don't know about shoes, but it was the type of suede that had only a thin top layer of suede and a leather/rubber-like material underneath, and about half an inch of the top suede layer had peeled back.  They said they couldn't fix it.  A few days later, I tried to bring a pair of satin pumps that had a stain on the right side in to be cleaned, and I called while on the way; they said they don't clean satin.  So, this place may be great, but just fyi to you readers that there seems to be a fair amount that they can't/don't do, so call and ask first before you go.

Terrible! The quality of their services is just about very poor. I came there to get the heel glued to the shoe, simple procedure, isn't it? After 5 minutes I wore a 'fixed' shoe, it came unstuck over again! For 3 times... In addition they left glue, small cracks/damages on the heels and marks on my shoe in lots of places including dents from master's nails inside and out of my shoe! To make a long story short now I have a pair of luxury shoes completely messed up by them. There is nothing to do but throw them away into the trash can. Think twice before you trust them with your shoes.

Just a got a pair of high heels altered here...PERFECTION, super comfy now, reasonably priced, and the staff goes out of their way to please... I highly recommend this place:)
