Perhaps I didn't understand the process or options.   I took my blue suede shoes with a light brown sole and heel to get re-heeled,  and ended up with a two-tone heal with black rubber at the base, and a brown polish for the rest of the heel and the outer rim of the sole.   I thought it looked weird, I was told it looked great.  $30 cash, they don't take credit cards.   Will be taking my shoes to other places to see what can be done,  and will be more careful to ask more questions about what to expect with the finished product.   Two stars because they had prompt service.

Let's just say if my family had a shop I'd want it to operate just like this.  From REMARKABLE customer service by the ownership and in detail description from staff this place will make your afternoon.

Nice guy, quality work, always ready on time.  I had a very custom leather project I needed done, and he was able to come up with a great solution.

My wife brought in a pair of UGG boots with a seam that was blown out in the back. Tony was able to repair it quickly. My wife couldn't be happier with the fit and wear. She is telling me (right at this moment) that this is the only place she will take her shoes.
