I don't understand the low scoring, I  have been with the Zuback Agency over 10 years.  Great dealing with Tony Zuback, Jr, it's great to call a company in this day and age and not get some automated telephone system.  I do believe people write negative reviews when they expect something for nothing. Good agency!!!

I have been a client for 27 years. I usually work with Kathy but everyone is super nice. Kathy has been great. Unfortunately when I call it is to report a loss and I am somewhat emotional. Kathy has been so kind and supportive and knows my policy and guides me through. It makes the loss so much better.

I was referred to Tony Zuback for home insurance and couldn't be more pleased with his service. He took the time to explain details of the policy and made sure all was in order for closing on the property. Tony is very personable and easy to talk to and I would highly recommend him.

Tony Zuback is a phenominal agent. He has exceeded my expectations from customer service to excellent rates. I hold all of my insurance through him including car, life, and home owners.

I have been with Tony Zuback insurance for over 20 years. I normally work with Kathy who is amazing.  But, I had a call from someone I don't know claiming they were from Tony's office. They were not polite nor customer friendly. I paid my bill in full the way I pay it always, and for some reason she is stating she got my payment 0n the 11, well it was cashed on the 7th. She was charging me an additional 7% because it was late. I have never ever been charged for a late fee before.  She wanted 447.00 more fro. Me, I said no. She dropped it to a lower amount, but nope. I will go elsewhere first. What a shame . Loyal customer for all those years to lose a major client. Went with Geico and saved 4021.00 per year on 4 drivers 4 cars.

consistantly exceeds expectations for customer service. he returns calls promptly and clearly explains the fine print on your policy.

After 13 years as a loyal customer, few 3 in 13 years, 2 due to weather, one at only 50% fault claims, no points, they've dropped me as a client. Wow... that's low. Do NOT sign on with this company, they clearly have zero tolerance or appreciation for their clients.

Kathy is great.  Always go to her if I have a question and she is quick with a response.  Love this office!
