I couldn't have asked for a more beautiful floral arrangement for a 
funeral.  I ordered the Country Basket Bloom /Deluxe.  The arrangement
was eye popping.  The colors brilliantly gorgeous.  The florist did an
exceptionally outstanding job on this arrangement.

A vendor from out of state sent flowers to my business after my brother died.  It took me 2 days to get in and pick them up and they were wilted already.  They were my the lobby in the vase they were delivered in but wilted badly.

Tried calling them to let them know and for an hour their phone does not connect.

I live in Tooele and have had bad service before so I won't use them but my vendor lives out of town and probably used an online service who placed the order with them.  Perhaps that's why they don't find it necessary to answer their phone during business hours.

Thank you Tooele Floral for once again delivering a beautiful bouquet of flowers to our co-worker.  You guys have always been so wonderful to work with and everyone just loves the arrangements you make.  Until the next one... Love Carrie & Laura!

If I could give this a negative, I would. We had an arrangement scheduled for delivery today for my mother in laws birthday. It was suppose to be a surprise. After calling over and over, we were constantly told they were on the truck for delivery. After they never showed, we called for the sixth time, and was told the delivery driver was back already. We had to call in to check with my mother in law, which not only ruined the surprise, it still wasn't delivered. I called AGAIN and it turns out, they were delivered to the wrong place. Luckily that kind person walked them to the proper house. The guy who I worked with was very unfriendly and thought this was pretty hilarious. He did offer to personally deliver them. I was satisfied with this. HOWEVER, they were delivered to the wrong address AGAIN! Another complete stranger walked them to my mother and laws house. Not to mention, the flowers looked terrible. Wilted and sad. I would never recommend this floral shop and I'll never use them again.
