No return phone calls on a meat issue. Dropped meat off so they could taste  and gave them a phone number to call back on with results. After hearing nothing I made 2 attempts to call the owner and left my name and number both times because he was either out or occupied. Again nothing.

The customer service is excellent. The meat is EXTRAORDINARY. Not only are the regular cuts great, but their specialty sausages and brats are fabulous!

Every year I get a roasting pig from Tooele Valley Meats for our Porktacular, and they are always top quality.  Hair is removed and the pig is dressed.  I usually crack the ribs so I can get the pig to lay flat.  (I've never asked them to remove the spine which is what some people recommend)

This is not some shiny butcher's shop with glass and stainless steel, but if you ask nicely, they'll carry the pig out to the car for you.

The pigs are generally processed on Wednesdays, but if you call ahead you can schedule to pick up a roaster Monday through Saturday
