Story

Keeping with our philosophy of providing superior personal service to customers seeking the most thorough insurance coverage for three generations, Toole Insurance has been providing protection to the community since 1939. Founding principle, Lawrence V. Toole and three generations of Toole family members have proudly shepherded Larry's vision to provide protection and serve their community - a legacy that continues three quarters of a century later.
Presently, under John's direction as President and CEO, the Agency is the recipient of the prestigious Five Star Award - a high honor demonstrating excellence in the five areas of customer focus, management, human resources, products & services and customer focus - and the Toole Agency is one of a select group of agencies in Massachusetts to have achieved the Five Star designation.
The Agency specializes in high net worth clients as well as medium size companies requiring risk management strategies and services of all magnitudes.
