I brought my daughter in after we moved from out of province.  I didn't expect there to be much work that needed to be done as it was just a check up.  Unfortunately, they informed me that my daughter needed five extractions and spacers put in. I can't express how grateful I am to Toothzone Kids and their excellent staff for finding the problems in her teeth and setting up a care plan that we were comfortable with. My daughter loves going to the dentist thanks to Toothzone Kids! They are THE BEST and are highly recommended by myself and my daughter!

an hour before one of my child's appointments I received a call informing me that  I would be paying almost double than original plan for my child's procedure even when he has 80% coverage through another parent plan. However my child was on two plans but one was canceled last month.Obviously it was unexpected and I could not understand why it was going to cost 'so much' for fillings when my own 80% coverage I pay less than a 100$ when I walk out of my dentist. She informed me paediatric specialists charge a bit more. Other than that the staff seemed friendly and we're helping, but not in this sudden situation at 830am.

The Toothzone Kids is FANTASTIC!!!!  I am so impressed with the Toothzone Kids. I have taken both my boys here for cleanings/check ups and to have fillings done. We had a wonderful experience from the moment we walked in the door.  The staff is truly amazing and it is very easy to see that they love working with children. They instantly made my boys feel at ease. My boys LOVE going to the dentist, they actually get excited to go:). Dr. Matthew is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain things to the parents. He also included me in all the decision making as to what was best for my kids. He listened to me and and never rushed through anything. I always feel that he gives my boys the best possible care. Each visit I was given a print out as to what to expect the next visit. There were never any surprises and they always felt they kept the cost down as much a possible. I will continue to take my kids here for as long as I can. I highly recommend Toothzone. You and your children will be very happy in the care of these wonderful people.

This dentist is ridiculous in their charges.  They were charging significant charges for each time they reminded my daughter to lower her hand. With each visit we would pay an additional $200-300 for the reminders.  My daughter has always been a fantastic patient and always has looked forward to the dentist.  I will not return there as they are very unreasonable in the charges. Make sure you ask about clarification of the bill.

We were referred to toothzone many years ago. My kids were nervous about the dentist but since seeing dr Mathews and his incredible staff they both love going to the dentist. They ask to go before they need to. My son and daughter both needed some extensive dental work done. I was nervous with cost and how they would react to yet another dentist. Dr Mathews walked me through the process step by step and took amazing care of my both of my munchkins. Making them feel comfortable and happy. (He even called after hours to make sure after any extensive work he did that the kids were doing okay.) My kids refuse to go anywhere but toothzone. I would 100% recommended toothzone to anybody.
