Great burgers. Try the breakfast burger. We had a great little time here last week, just happened across it while we were in Vinton for the morning. We didn't necessarily have serious expectations, but we were all pleasantly surprised by the food and the service. We had to wait while they made our meals, which is expected, but overall great experience.

Rude customer service skills. I work in customer care Monday thru Friday. If I ever spoke to customers the way they speak to customers, I would have been fired a long time ago. I won't recommend this place to an enemy.

You've got to make it clear to them that they use the old machine other wise they'll give you that lactose free b.s. that taste nasty! Or they'll make up some excuse like the old machine is running soupy, I don't care if it's soupy if I'm getting a malt or shake just makes it a little easier to drink. As for the food I don't really eat there anymore the options seem to be cheap Sam's club purchases...
