The ladies there are rude. My girls loved going there because they have the small spa pedicure chairs but I will never go there again. 
The lady doing one of my daughters toes said she needed a wax on her legs! She's freaken 6 yrs old! She also asked if my daughters were sisters because one is "too dark" according to her. I was very upset anyone in their right mind would make comments like that to children. The lady doing my toes got an attitude with me because I told her I wanted to make sure she didn't put gel on my toes since she was reaching for the gel instead of the regular polish. She swung her head from side to side and said I know what I'm doing. Im very disappointed and I wish I hadn't paid but I did.

They charge alot...  55 for powder..    when I pay  25 down the street... never going back again.. plus they are not professional... ladies are rude !!!!

I use to Be very pleased with this place, until today. When I arrived I asked how long was the waiting time for a full set for my daughter and a basic pedicure for myself. Lady closer to the register said 5 min. So we waited, I got helped right away. However they made my daughter wait up to 35 min for her to get helped. During the duration of wait Time I asked the lady how much longer for her and she said 5 min.
After I asked how much longer they made my daughter wait additional 15 min more.
I told the lady this is bad service and this is ridiculous for a set of nails. During the wait time they would take other customers and have my daughter still wait.
They just lost two good loyal customers.

This is the WORST nail salon I have ever been to! I stopped by less than a month ago i got regular short nails and for $30 it was not worth it! 1. The lady was not even looking while she filed my nails and when i moved my hand because she was going over my skin she told me not to move 2. She kept telling me my hands were stiff to losen them up because she already had previous customers and was tired and kept tugging on my hands 3. I hadnt even complained i simply whispered to my friend what happened and she made a scene infront of everyone 4. After i paid i asked if they could fix a nail that i messed up with the fan she said no because i was complaining 5. She did not glue 2 of my nails on correctly 
From now on im sticking to my regular nail salon i had NEVER experienced such TERRIBLE customer service in my life! It does not deserve one star

I LOVE Top Nails! 
Everybody is nice...not huge conversation but when anybody talks they are nice. They all want to be helpful. They all work as a team. I take in a picture of the shape of nail I want and get it! 
I love it!
