My brother's been living here for years not a bad place

Best decision I made was buying a place in here.  Took me over 2 months to get my deposit back from Pennwood Crossing (Not recommend).  Spoke to the lady at the front desk that gave me Johnathon Jules number who handles all the sales.  He asked me a bunch of questions then showed me a place and it was EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED!  just perfect. Credit check, paperwork and deposit and was in my new home less than a week.  I would be 1 more star happier if they allowed me to have a dog :-)

I wanted to wait a few months before I gave a review of this place.  I have to say I love it here, I really do.  It's quiet, my two neighbors near me are great, people at the office are nice, and I actually have somewhat of a yard to plant my tomatoes. I bought my place from Jewell Properties that the office referred me too.  Jason or Jonathan is the owner can't remember his name but he was great and I got a really nice place for the money.  Only reason not 5 stars is they don't allow dogs here, and I really wanted to have one.  But other than that, I couldnt be any better.  Saw a review about the website, that worked fine for me.
