I've been there a handful of times, and each time the food is ready within 5 minutes of ordering. You can see them making it so you know that it is both fresh and will be nice and hot; but best of all, it tastes great. The lunch specials are an astounding amount of food for the price($6 at time of this post). They're quick and kind and always welcome you and thank you for you business. Easily the best Chinese food in New Kent!

Ordered crab Rangoon and got no sweet and sour sauce with it, this Chinese place is the only one I've ever been to that doesn't give the sauce. It was also underfried and very chewy with no crunch at all, I would have busted out my own fryer and refryed it myself if my child wasn't already screaming for her food. Beef and broccoli was our main course and also prob the worst I've had which considering I paid more then I usually do for it makes me more disappointed. It was flavorless and the broccoli was fall apart mushy. We basically only ate the white rice with some soy sauce for flavoring. I no longer wonder why they would be so slow during the dinner rush hour on a Saturday. We won't be back, which is unfortunate considering the next closet Chinese is 20 mins away ☹️ Thanks but no thanks

Its pretty good but they are cheap on fixing food. They tend to cram excessive amounts of onions into dishes to keep from adding chicken/steak even if you pay for extra. Typical carryout...little overpriced

Worst customer service. I wanted to order a large order for a meeting. A kid answered the phone rudely, couldnt answer my questions about the larger platters. I enjoy Chinese food, but will drive into Mechanicsville to get GREAT SERVICE and delicious food. Its nice that Business owners in AMERICA Speak ENGLISH.
