Extremely disappointed in the response to a complaint. Had car washed and didn't walk around as I usually do. Got to market and the front was still covered in bugs. Go right back and it was 6:05. When I asked for the manager and the young man said he was part of the management team. He let me know that they were closed and the 22.00 wash I had done doesn't guarantee bug removal ? Just a lousy way to handle the situation. Instead of trying to work on removing the bugs. Dissatisfied.

This is our local car wash that runs a wacky Wednesday deal making the standard car wash 4$. They also offer premium washes and detailing services. Very fast car wash that you stay in your car for. Cool blue lights inside the machine. Cherry on top is the free vacuums you can use after your wash.

We have a $30 monthly service agreement for unlimited washes and self vacuums. My wife drives a lot on the highway so it is nice to be able to swing in and wash off the bugs any time. The machine does a good job washing and if one desires there are usually enough vacuum bays to get in to vacuum. They offer single wash and full detail and cleaning options. Swing in some time to get rid dirt, bugs or even sone of that Florida pollen.

Just left Top Shelf very disappointed. I paid $100 to have my cars interior cleaned was there for almost 3 hours it would been longer but I finally had to rush them. This is what I had to deal with 1. I was with my 1 year old grandson and he had, had enough at this point and so did I. 2. They left my car to work on another car. 3. There was no manager or at least an assistant in sight to help the situation. 4. At the end of it all the car did not look I had just spent $100 to have it cleaned, it looked like my teenagers had done it at home.  They signed the receipt for me to come back another day so they could fix the problem...NO THANKS! I will cover my seats, put in the mats to cover enough to avoid the carpeting from having to get dirty and have to go through this ordeal again. Needless to say...DO NOT GO HERE RUN! GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE!
