Not the best place to bank. Severely short staffed when you inside the branch. Long waits on Saturdays, line stretches out the door. Hire more tellers please. Have found better interest rates for auto loans at other local credit unions when I’ve purchased cars as well.
The worst credit union every their communication is so terrible in person and definitely over the phone I been waiting on the phone for over 40 min just to hear I have to leave message with the manager to even get my situation figured out and don’t expect the manager to reach out to you because they never do this is my 3rd time on the phone with them and still haven’t help me with my situation
I’ve been a member much of my life and they have always treated me well. Staffing shortages have been the norm for many businesses throughout COVID, not much they could do about that. They really are on track now with a great team!! Wonderful customer service.
Very poor customer service. Have asked for a zip code change 3 times and it is still not changed. I've been on hold qith customer service for over 10 minutes just to let them know I am traveling. The branch is always super busy it seems and they don't ever seem to have someone only on the drive through either which makes it super slow. I do business with Bell Bank as well and they have way better service! Even their app is better.
I have used this bank since 2008 and the few minor issues I have had were corrected quickly by friendly people.
Had to stop in this one a couple of years ago. I had good service. However this area is to small for a service like this. Was really hard getting into and out of the parking lot.
I want to like credit unions, but their professionalism here is lacking. Including their clerks, the worst is their mortgage department, every time I talk to them they come across as incompetent. They do have Minnesota nice going for them and like who they help out
Not enough staff. Lined up out of the building for inside service and around the block for drive through service. Drive through line is blocking street and residential access.
Been with them a long time and have NEVER had any issues. They are extremely helpful and they go put of the way to get you what you need.
