The meal deal is awesome, the staff okay,  not crowded fast in out. However the store often seems dark on half and very bright in the other side, the bathrooms are almost always dirty and today the handicap stalls are out of order and with no family bathroom that is just not worth a 3 star let alone a five.
I have no problem foxing my rating when the store fixes the issues and keeps the store clean.I

I brought an elderly woman there today.  I did not see any benches near the front door , or just inside  the door.  More are needed.  I see the smoking area has a few there, with the picnic table.  Maybe you could spare one from there.

The great thing about tops is that it's manageable compared to Wegmans. Quieter.

Selection is good, but service could be better. Not enough people on register while I was there, and I only wanted 3 things.

Tops is competitively priced, I n=very have problems with the freshness of their products, and purchases go towards gas points so I often end up paying less per gallon of gas. Excellent store!
