This is an older and smaller motel. But it is we'll taken care of. Room amenities are a bit outdated but in good condition. Nice flat screen. Cable and wi-fi come with room at no extra cost. They also do month to month. It's about $750 per month for one person. But that includes all utilities and cable. Overall, a very cute place to live and the area not all that bad.

People are friendly. Clean rooms. It's not the Hilton but serves its purpose. Decently priced. Good weekly and monthly rates.

The room was clean and tidy including the carpet counters. That's more than I can say about nearly all motels like this I have stayed at including ones that are 3x the price. It's an old motel that still needs a little tlc especially outside but it seems that the owners and cleaning staff care about the rooms appearance and that is the number 1 priority as far as I'm concerned. The room does have a bit of a smell of smoke from years ago but that's easily forgiven since it's actually clean.
