Food was great, service good, but you may be turned off by the aesthetics of the diner. It's rough. It appears they've made no improvements to the interior of the building since I was last there 25 years ago.  I think they still have the same carpet.  But, if you can look past the dirty walls and carpet, cakes of dust, piles of stored items off in a corner and dirty windows the food is worth it.

The shower needs to be gutted and remodeled.  There was water damage throughout and only one of the lights worked. Paint was pealing off the walls and I felt like I needed a tetanus shot just from walking in there.  The water would not stay a constant temperature.  The ice maker in the restaurant is so damned loud you can't even hold a decent conversation without having to yell.  It belongs in the kitchen not the dinning room.  And the parking lot needs to be redone.  For that matter the whole place needs to be remodeled.

The only thing I have good to say about this place is, its in a good area for a quick stop off the interstate! It's dirty an run down... not good for a single woman or a couple of ladies on a road trip!!!

DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!! Filthy resturaunt way overpriced another example of new buyers letting the place fall apart. I called health department it was so bad. The parking lot is an axle breaking craterfilled mud pit. If i had more hours id leave.

It's small but has a good restaurant and is the only gas station for quite a few miles. It is right on the interstate and the people who work there have always been very friendly. One thing to be aware of is the parking lot is in pretty rough shape, take it easy pulling in
