Easy access, on site diner, freindly bilingual service. English Spanish. Has on site off duty police security, no open carry  or concealed I think.

From checking in to getting to our destination everything went smoothly I loved that the driver stop a couple of times so that we could buy food since it was a 20 hour drive

This bus line kicks greyhounds butt, fast, priced reasonable and the people from the counter people to the baggage handlers to the drivers, all are super nice and helpful. I don't speak a word of Spanish and being the only one on the bus that couldn't, they made sure to also speak in English the instructions. Will most definitely use them in the future
