I live in Santa Paula,  this company has shown extreme sloppy work ethic. The signs would be thrown on bushes overnight.
I understand you  are contracted to "fix" the streets, However shouldn't you only tear some streets down at a time?  Rather than continually make dusty horrible roads to drive on for such long periods of time?

These guys have been working on my street since December of 2016 now we're in June 2017 it's been exactly a half a year and there not even half ways done ..Way to milk the company and take there time
