Last Saturday my son came down with very bad case of cold. So rather taking him to ER and wait for hours there. We decided to go to one of local Urgent cares. Once we walked in, the first thing the receptionist asked was, do you have any insurances? I was totally surprised. Because typically receptionist are suppose to welcome and greet people. The wait time was rather short. It took us 45 minutes to see a doctor. The facility was organized and clean. the nursing staff even though overworked but were very nice and friendly. The doctor who examined my son did not seems to have the necessary experiences and we walked away with OTC medications. Well my son symptoms still continues as of today and coughs a lot. We now have to take him to his doctor. Which cost more money and time.

I had to come here because my doctor was on vacation to be seen for a bad cough.  All I can say is this place was amazing! The medical team worked brilliantly and were genuinely so calm and caring.  This was the best doctor experience I have ever had. Thank you Torrance Memorial Urgent Care! 👏🏻👊🏻👊🏻

Staff was very nice and efficient. I had a fall off my bike and needed an X-ray of my arm. I saw the doctor, got X-rayed and was put in a splint/sling in less than an hour. Also, they accepted my insurance which a lot of other Urgent Care Centers would not take, even though I have a national Point of Service plan.  I would recommend this facility to others; very happy with the service I received there.

Very efficient, friendly office, knowledgeable staff.  No worker comp cases here, so wait was very reasonable.They accept insurance, and took care of my minor illness with ease and efficiency. I am from out of town, and do not have a local physician. I would return, and recommend their services for minor injury or illness.

im here now at the clinic waited an hour in lobby, then it's 45mins past the doctors is not yet here. is it suppose to be URGENT??? not a good place to go😖😤😖 you'll feel more sick.
