Absolutely disgusting food. It made me sick to my stomach. The food itself looked like slop and was half cooked. I complained and was yelled at. Another guy with me wasn't happy either. He got up to say something and waited like 10 mins before he was even acknowledged. At that point he was pissed and demanded a refund. I ended up eating mine and got diarrhea about an hour later. We ended up having to wait around for a good amount of time AFTER we finished eating so my buddy could get his money back. They just didn't care to give it to him. I'll never eat here again.

If youre sober you have a better chance at finding a meal that tastes better in a dumpster.This place is trash. 

The only reason the college crowd hits it up is bc it's close. After a night of drinking everyone's lazy and nobody wants to wait on a delivery. Torticas knows this too so they put little effort in making their meals. 

They could care less about you or the food they prepare. If they mess up your order they blame you and expect you to eat it anyway. They're very rude and the food doesn't even taste good. The only reason this place is still in business is its location.

Do not ever order from this establishment. I waited for over two hours for an order, consistently calling the number listed never being able to get through. My call was finally answered for me to be told they "never received my order" but had taken my payment. I called again, to be told that my order was "on the way" after only 3 minutes after my initial inquiry. Tortilla's has proven to have the worst customer service, unsatisfactory food, and incompetent workers.

I used to LOVE this place, they were the only ones who still delivered to our apartment. Tonight I ordered food at 7:15pm. It is now 9:15pm and my food is STILL NOT HERE. I called THREE TIMES trying to get ahold of someone, all for someone to tell me it was ten minutes away and to "call YouTube to get my money back." Uhhh, what?? You've lost my business with your terrible service.

Waited for almost two hours for delivery. Called ,they said it was on the way, never came.
