Maybe it's the timing. 
First time visiting this place. After I got off work. Wasn't busy was seated right away. Didn't take long for server to come to table. Order food I knew what I wanted from viewing the menu earlier. Ordered frozen margarita. It wasn't good at ALL. I could hardly taste the mango. The appetizer was okay. Serve??? There must've not been a lot of servers there. Because I wasn't even offered to have my water refilled. And it took forever to get the check. 
Not sure if I will be going back.

Great happy hour. Even a new midnight happy hour. Food is awesome. Drinks are awesome. One hiccup is parking. Parking is very limited.  This is probably the most affordable place to eat Mexican food in the area for happy hour. They also have a Sunday Brunch as well.

Decent food and reasonably priced. Fun atmosphere. (Street) parking a challenge but if you're willing to pay premium, convenient parking garage across the street

Service from the beginning was slow and overall pretty bad. Food was cold, not room temp, But cold. Had to request refills and food was not cooked as asked. Overall pretty unprofessional.

Wow great Mexican food.... Awesome service...Steve was a great waiter
