Very solid tortillas. Had one fresh oitnodnthe oven for this review. My brisket burrito was excellent, the wifey's carnitas was good, B. The atmosphere is that of a bakery that also has a small menu and convenience items in a few fridges. Don't expect much, just do carry-out.Food: 4/5
Went in the store, stood in front of the counter to order, and they just ignored me. I finally greeted a worker to ask for help, and they said someone will help me soon. Stood there for another 10 minutes and nothing. They just flat-out not acknowledged my existence. It was really strange, I don't get why they are like this.Food: 2/5

Went in to see about Tortillas. They have a restaurant inside and the food is really good. It's called La Pilla and they serve flautas, but the other plates are good too.Food: 5/5
If I could give a zero I would. Ordered through door dash and I had 2 missing burritos the last time. Called to have them replace when I order again. Put in a order today called in advance to remind them and they were only going to give me one when they owed me 2. Then I get them and I ordered and paid for 1 bean and cheese, one rajas and cheese with beans and one rellano. So I was suppose to get 1 extra bean and cheese for their mess up and I received a burrito that said rajas and it was actually bean and cheese . I would rather go to horizon than get anything else at this location again. Manager is rude when I called her that she messed up my order again and said that “ I packed it my self because I knew I was going to have problems with you”I told her I had 2 burritos that said rajas and she told me no there is 2 bean and cheese.I hope she sees these pictures and realize that she was wrong. What ever happened to customer is always right.
Their flour tortillas are THE BEST. Large enough for burritos and flavorful for meals or just with butter.Food: 5/5
I’ve been coming here since forever. The staff is awesome but the meat cutter is one of the most outstanding people there! My grandmother, mother and I are obsessed with their flour tortillas! They are always delicious and fresh. The burritos are delicious too!!! My favorite one so far is the Rajas con queso.Food: 5/5
tortillas are great! the rotisserie chicken comes with french fries, toreados, salsa and tortillas, for the price it's a pretty good deal. there's only a couple of ladies trying to service the few tables and the Walk in orders and they are slammed! it took a long time to get my food, but it was pretty delicious.Food: 5/5
Every time I visit El Paso I make it a point to come here. I loved their food and service. Unfortunately, The last times I've visited the place is closed at an hour that say it should be open. Also the chicks at the register where you buy the prepared food are rude and act like your wasting their time. On a positive note the food I get is still good and the dry meat is amazing, the butcher is always nice and helpful.
To start off, the staff who handed my order was rude. The food had a weird smell and not appealing. The gorditas were fried in lard and made me nauseated and I couldn't eat them. I tried to eat the filling instead but it also had an overwhelming taste of lard and I ended up throwing out the whole thing. The rice seemed old and reheated. This was overall not a good experience.
