Extremely poor customer service. When asked to use cash or credit, they never mentioned that by paying with cash it would change the return policy where they could only reimburse up to $250 back in cash. We bought a bag for $600 then realized online it was marked down to $300. When we tried to get reimbursed the difference, they told us they could only reimburse up to $250 and tried to get us to buy something else so that they could reimburse us the difference after purchasing something else. The sales lady was also rude telling us that we should be grateful because it was a glitch in the system that the bag was marked down. The very next day it was marked back up to $600. Makes no sense at all. Then the overall company customer service was equally unhelpful just saying that's their policy. Well, it wasn't posted anywhere.

Cultural (mis)appropriation is no way to create a brand. Your latest Resort 2018 collection is in fact either inspired or copied from Romanian folk costumes. Shame on you for not giving credit where credit is due.
