After getting essentially screwed on used tires 6mo ago from spot in north seattle (lake city way & 143rd), i needed new tires already. The current ones were all cracked and one kept deflating. I called around and decided to pull over spur of the moment at TOS. Oliver was very honest, quick, and empathetic to our situation. He explained the financing process and in 10min his employee was tossing on 4 new tires!! I am grateful for Oliver and TOS, now i can continue to work and transport my family safely!! I will come back, no question!!

Was dealt with by Oliver, he made me feel like i was truly being treated with the utmost of respect and the whole process was a breeze. all other work i need done will be done here; as well as my friends family! love to support a truly respectable establishment with proper mannerisms. even turned on Jerry Springer for me and had us chantin "Jerry Jerry!". 

point is, way worth the price and service, will definitely be returning and recommended completely!

I want to tell you a story, but first I need to tell you a little bit about myself, so that you’ll understand why I’m writing this. I’m now a small business with about 30 yrs. of sales experience prior to owning my own business. To me, customer service is everything. You can have the best products in the world, but if you don’t take care of your customer, you will feel the results. 
But let’s face it, there are a lot of tire stores out there who really know their products & can put you in some good tires at a great price. But what happens when there’s a problem? Well, here’s what Oliver at TOS Tires in Bothell did for me. 
Back in January I both 4 used tires from Oliver that about 90% of the tread on them. He gave me a great deal & I left satisfied. About 2 weeks ago I had my truck at the dealership have some work done it & I was told by the service advisor that these tires (although they were in great condition) were old & possibly subject to failure at highway speeds. I did not know that. Needless to say, I was no longer comfortable riding on these tires. I paid cash for the tires & didn’t ask for a receipt. After all, they’re used tires, right? I figured that I was going to have to eat the cost of the used tires.
I honestly did not believe that Oliver did what he did. There are many people who would have told me, “Sorry, but you bought them as is & they’re not returnable.” Oliver gave me full credit toward a new set of Hercules tires, which by the way ride very smooth. I could not be more satisfied with the way that this turned out.
So, if you’re on the Eastside & are looking for a tire store where the customer is taken care of at & after the sale, you need to go see Oliver. You won’t regret this choice.

I don't know much about tires, and many companies like Lesschwab or Discount tires want to sell the most expensive tires and don't explain why those tires would be beneficial to your wallet and your car. However, when I came into TOS Tires, I told Oliver what happened to my tire and told him I was on a budget. He explained to me he difference in tires and which out benefit me and my wallet. I came out feeling satisfied and relieved getting a year guarantee. Not to mention they do credit. So you can pay in 3 months.
I would recommend this place to anyone who would be in my situation, and will definitely come here again!
