I'm happy! We bought a new air conditioning system from Total and from start to finish it was a good experience. We were treated fairly, got the service and product that we expected, and the installation was well done. They also took care of permitting for us. I'd recommend them also because they were hundreds less expensive as compared to other contractors.

- ANYTHING BUT PROFESSIONALS -

Never have I had the worst customer experience with a "business" like these guys. I reached out to Total to repair a 3 day old broken A/C unit in my 83 year old, disabled grandmothers apartment. We were told on 5/25 that a technician would be able to come out to help us. Nobody showed up and 30 minutes before they closed for the day we tried giving them a call.

They woman we spoke with over the phone gave us a ridiculous attitude and told us they would have to reschedule for another day, then instructed us to go stay in a hotel. After explaining how much of an inconvenience it has been trying to get someone to come repair this unit, the woman finally told us someone was on their way... [ seriously?..]

I realized the technician was here after looking outside at the A/C unit. When we asked him to come inside to introduce himself and see if the unit was working or not, he refused and left.

i regret giving this place $4,000 of my hard earned money for a new a/c unit. they were so rude at the front desk from day 1, they have no parking and tell you to MOVE your car (the customer) so that their Employees can park comfortably. i told the manager about all this and they apologized and assured me they would address it and how i was treated by the front desk staff. i guess they never did handle it because nothing has changed. They also don't do anything right, they made me stay home for 4 HOURS! for something to do with a permit that they did not even need to come inside the house for! now they are calling me again saying they forgot to do something and that they need to come back and they continue to be rude and unknowledgeable on the phone, even months after the service was done. unbelievable. Total appliances and A/C sales SUCKS! Beware of this Hallandale location. they do Not appreciate your business.

It was a pleasure to have Mr. Robert Bahr from Total work at my home.  He was polite, knowledgeable and very professional.  I feel fortunate to know that when I have a repair problem, I can call on Total with complete confidence.

Jerry Norris provided a new air filter for my air conditioner free of charge. Edgar delivered it and was very courteous and professional. He also adjusted my unit while he was here. 
I highly recommend Total . I also have a yearly contract with Total. 
They are a first class company.
