We were told 3 weeks ago we would have pictures of our sofas and they would be shipped out that Tuesday. We never received any pictures, haven't received the final invoice for the last half of the payment, and have never received confirmation of our sofas being shipped. We have called several times to only get through to a voicemail that the inbox is full. Emails are not being responded to, and social media comments are not being responded to either. After calling several times multiple times a day we finally got through to the owner and we were guaranteed that we would receive pictures and the shipping invoice within 24 hours as well as a 15% discount. That was a week ago we still have received nothing and are back to not receiving any communication back from them. I honestly do not believe that our sofas have even been built.

Total design was recommended to me be a friend and after seeing their work, I can see why. Cool place, cool people, and beautiful mcm-inspired furniture.
