Excellent.  7 years of amazing service. Good office experience. Good nurses and excellent primary care doctor...excellent medical knowledge and diagnostic skills..you are in safe hands here.  Everyone is pleasant and polite, friendly and approachable.  Totally professional..

I'm not sure about the other services this practice offers but for anyone seeking addiction counseling or help in general with addiction, Brandon is the person to see. He is compassionate, extremely knowledgeable, caring, understanding, a great listener. He is positive and uplifting. I have seen my share of counselors but he is by far the best. I would recommend him over and over.

Dr. Jakob and her office staff is the best in Clermont. I have been going to her for several months and have gotten the best service I have ever had at a doctors office. If you want great service and a staff that truly cares about your well-being, than you should go here!

Doctor Jakob is an amazing doctor. I had my yearly physical today and by following her advice has this 54 year old in good shape. Highly recommend total family healthcare and the friendly staff.
