Great place to work out. I'm a moderate gym bro and I enjoy the atmosphere. Plenty of weights and machine to get the workout done right!

Great facility. Excellent trainers & very spacious. 24 hour during the week. Convenient for nurses.

The new facility Total Fitness moved into is great. large free wight area and plenty of machines. They have an area for kids to play and watch TV while we workout. The wife likes the Zumba and spin classes too. Very nice!!

When I came in to talk business, I was quickly taken in by the staff. I was treated as if I'd been a regular all along. I was given a full tour with all the information I could need, including pricing options, without even asking. An on the spot tour! It was amazing to me that I wasn't asked to make an appointment for a tour or asked to pay an insane amount. Membership fees and start up are both incredibly affordable. As I walked around the gym with the gentleman who assisted me with my tour, he said hello to several obvious patrons. This is a place whose faculty truly cares and goes above and beyond to make everyone feel like family. Needless to say, I'm now a member.
