I got my hair cut by Sunny about a week ago. She did an amazing job! I got in with her that day. She took really good care of me. The shop has a small town feel to it but they do great work there! I would definitely recommend them.

I have been very happy with the cuts and styling I have gotten at Total Look. They do what I ask for.

Good location. Parking lot is a bit small but you can walk down from the adjacent parking lot when it is crowded. Julie B who rents a space has cut my hair for around 20 years. Overall a nice salon. I have never used any of Total Look's other services but do know that several of the stylists have been there for years.

I have been going to Chris for a couple of years but until now I will no longer be going there. I never complained when I did not like the highlights because they were an inch from the roots or when my hair was not cut shory like I wanted it. But when I paid a great amount to color my hair a certain way and it doesn't turn out like I wanted that's when I can't take it anymore. I called to tell them I got excuses and all that can be done to my hair is highlights but if I don't like how they are done I sure am not going to do it. A BIG waste of money! I wanted blonde haire and it turned out gold! Plus I have streaks in my hair (some around the front of my face, throughout my hair, and some on the back of my head) and they are orange! So now I have to go somewhere else and spend the same amount of $ or more to fix what was done to my hair. My mothers been there to have her hair cut by the same person and it's never even, she always has to come home and fix it and it's never what she wants. We are going some place else!

I too have being going to Total Look for years, and Chris is the best..... He always cut my hair just the way I like and he is so fun to talk to
