Total came out to fix a water service problem in ny garden. The people in the office are friendly and keep you informed. The crew composed of Kevin and Chris were prompt, courteous, neat, and quick. They tried hard not to disturb the garden plants and showed me the work they were doing. They also explained they'd have to wait for better weather to replace the blacktop on the driveway. While this service was covered by water service insurance I would consider hiring them if I needed a plumber. Well done.

Discovered a pool of sewage on my front lawn from the sewer line overflow at 11:30 on Mothers Day morning. Called Homeserv Insurance who told me a service company would call me back within 2 hrs. Total Plumbing called me after 1 hr and gave me a 3-7pm window. Joe C called at 3:30 and said he was 10 mins away. Joe was courteous, patient, respectful and explained everything to us. Snaked out the clog between the overflow and the main. Then did the same toward the house up to the lowest toilet and redid between overflow and main just to be sure.  Gave us tips on preventing it from happening again. Great experience.  Joe C is the man!

Had a window of between 10 and 2. They call at 1 and say they are behind schedule and should be here around 2. Said they would call if it was any later. 5:30, no call, no plumber, basement filled with water. It's a shame bc the girl on the phone was very nice and assuring that they didn't forget about me.... guess they did.

They were on time. Love that they called not only the home number but my cell also to say they were on their way. They were very nice and professional. Cleared our drain and cleaned up. Thank you for sending them our way
