Home warranty company contracted this company and came to assess leakage in garage under the water heater in my rental property.  Barely looked at the problem and said it wasn't from water heater and left and didn't tell my tenant what the problem was.  Never sent the report to warranty company and that was 7/2017.  I called multiple times to see what the problem was to no avail for over a month because they collected the copay already.  I went there and figured out the problem myself and fixed it within minutes.  Forgot to put in the review and now 9 Months later:  Today got message from Chase bank this company is trying to fraudulently charge my credit card for thousands.  The credit Card number was given to them almost a year ago for the one time authorization for the warranty copay only and nearly a year later they are trying to defraud my bank and I for thousands... This is not a coincidence.  Someone in the company saved the credit card number and trying to commit fraud months later.  Glad Chase declined the transaction...Think before you hire this company.

Our toilet only flushes every 3-4 flushes.

     Total plumbing and rooter services came in, a  fellow who didn't listen very well;

     told us it was the main line. Then he said it was toilet, we need new toilet. Then said didn't know if getting new toilet would solve problem when I asked if that was the definite handling, but we need a new toilet.

     Left to sit in his van for 2 hours to find out how much money our insurance covers. Came in said that he was still waiting but his boss said to get $100 service fee. We gave him the check. He went back to van for 1 hour. I went out to check on him, he said he was still getting toilet prices but had to run to another job and would come back right after.

      I haven't seen or heard from him since.

     Unethical and I recommend reporting to better business bureau as I have.

WARNING!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
The home insurance sent them to do repairs. They showed up and assessed the problems only after I would pay the insurance assessment fee and they never came back. I have been calling everyday and they don't return my calls.

HORRIBLE!!! I had them repair a broken sewer line.  John was helpful and explained the problems, but they needed to do a fix with the line open and then said there was more work to be done so I was stuck with having to accept their over the phone quote while I was in a meeting at work, $12K, but a "lifetime guarantee".  No option for time to think or second opinion.  Not the best way to be told you need work done or your home is without toilets, showers, etc.  After the work was completed, the clean up patch was so bad my gardener had to repair the sprinkler they repaired but buried 6 inches underground!  The 2 ft by 2ft batch of sod they laid on top was ridiculous and the ground caved in from the water underground.  When I finally got a reply from the owner George C. (who ducked me for weeks by phone and email), they said they were unwilling to discount the work by even the 5% - 10% I asked for because of the way they seeming arbitrarily priced me and they would not reimburse me the cost of my gardener having to fix the sprinkler they buried underground and the square piece of sod they laid on the dirt, having dug up all the grass.  The photo i sent them clearly showed the embarrassing job they did.  Never again!  If you do decide to use them and get Kristine on the phone, good luck!

Best plumbers I know ... they take care of things quickly and for a fair price.
