Wow  ...... I'm so glad to find a company that has people who really care about your needs.  Several drivers have gone the extra mile helping and their customer service is good at handling emergency pick and deliveries too.  Thank you Total!!

I wish I could get better updates for my tracking. Other than that, all the drivers are strong and capable. They are willing to help me with my very heavy orders (1000+ pounds) with the pallet jack. Too bad they are given trucks with lift gates that are nearly too small. A less capable or weaker person would probably lose many of my orders because the jacks nearly fall off the lift gate.

I found a listing on craigslist for a driver position. I called to get information about the listing only to be turned down and discriminated when I was told they do not hire women for this position because there deliverys require moving up to a thousand pounds per pallet with a pallet jack. Who knew that sex discrimination still exists. Im glad I dont support this company and never will. I agree with ANTIKRYZT about Maria she has no knowledge of her job. Very unproffesional. I dont know how companys like this are in business.

Horrible place. That betch Maria or whatever her name is NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE. Whats this world coming too? Everyones an idiot nowadays and NO PROFESSIONALS. Thanks Bush!
