VERY disappointed in Melissa’s costumer service provided tonight (I guess she was a manager). I went in to purchase Gosling ginger beer, align with a. Few other items. They had a 6 pack advertised for $5.99. 

Well, there was 4 cans left by themselves sitting on the shelf so I grab those last 4. They were the only ones left in this flavor and were the only “singles” on the shelf. All other flavors came in a 6 pack with the plastic around the cans as usual and as advertised. 

When I go to check out, an individual can scanned for $2 each. So I’d be paying $8 for 4, instead of $5.99 for 6 again, as advertised. When I ask if this can be adjusted to the price of the 6 pack, she informs me that they sell singles and this is the correct price. Which is not true because this would have been advertised on the shelf. I explained to her that someone probably stole 2 cans, leaving  the remaining 4. And her was response was, “well that’s why we mark up the single can, Incase this happens”.....so you mean to tell me, you let the thief get away with your products, but then an honest paying  customer who was willing to pay $5.99 for 4, gets ripped off??? Ok Melissa. Merry Christmas to you too. 👍🏼

This is the best place in Denton to buy anything alcoholic. They have the best prices in Denton and by far the best selection. The store is very clean and well organized, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and they have frequent tastings.

Overwhelmed with the varieties of wine, whisky, and beer. A perfect place to go if you want a variety of drinks.

Collin the cashier was so rude. He kept mumbling and I didn't understand what he was saying! Then the female manager kept looking at me as if I was going to shoplift!

Awesome and friendly customer service. Probably one of the cleanest Total Wine locations in DFW. Wish they sold Yuengling. Unfortunately, its one of the only beers not important to Texas.
